As a courtesy, Zen Dental will submit your claims to your insurance company for you!
Our office utilizes an electronic claims processing system. Rather than sending your insurance claim through regular mail, our team sends it to your insurance company electronically. Electronic claim submissions are typically more efficient, contain fewer errors, and are delivered much faster.

No insurance? No problem! Zen Dental currently accepts cash payments, checks, and all major credit cards. For patients who may need extra support in financing their dental treatments, we offer third-party financing through CareCredit®, as well as in-house payment plans to those who qualify!

At Zen Dental, we are committed to helping you receive the dental treatments you need! Our team will always work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget. Smile Club Member, your preventive care will include:

• 2 dental cleanings in a 12-month period
• 2 doctor examinations in a 12-month period
• 1 set of diagnostic cavity-detecting x-rays in a 12-month period
• 2 Fluoride treatments used to help support healthy tooth enamel
• 1 emergency visit with x-ray in a 12-month period
• An additional 20% discount on other dental services, should you require any treatment.

Exclusions may apply for some cosmetic treatments and surgeries.

Joining the Smile Club costs less than a dollar per day! At this low pricing, our Smile Club
membership is significantly cheaper than most monthly dental insurance payments!
Your total dental savings plan cost will depend on your age and necessary treatments. Smile Club
membership options include the following:

• $398 annual enrollment fee for adults aged 12 and older
• $349 annual enrollment fee for children under 12

Terms & Conditions
All membership fees are non-refundable and due in full at the time of enrollment. Your benefit year will run a full calendar year (i.e. July 1st through June 29th). Because the Smile Club entitles members to a generous discount of 20%, we also require that all treatments be paid for in full when the appointment is made. Some patients may require additional x-rays for proper diagnosis. If needed, small additional charges may apply.
